Join a team of development program professionals to manage & lead hardware execution on the Honeywell Anthem next-generation avionics development program. You will work under minimal supervision of the Vice President of Program Management to execute hardware development of multiple LRUs to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating mastery of program management skills and a thorough understanding of multiple workstreams. You will manage and lead a complex, global development program that span several major domestic and worldwide locations and suppliers, requiring coordination of technology development and production across locations and organizations. You will define, generate & implement program plans and schedules.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive on-time execution
Drive Program Plans
Has authority, is accountable for program execution
Understand and manage budget/schedule to AOP/STRAP and customer commitments
Earned Value Management
Risk Management
Collaborate, Direct, and Lead across multiple dependencies
Coordinate with Functions, Suppliers and Supply chain
Lead cross-functional collaboration, communicate and influence
Present programmatic details including at a leadership level
Summarize key issues & actions
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization .
YOU MUST HAVE
10+ years’ experience and expertise within hardware development programs
BS/BA in engineering or business
Requirements Management & Fulfillment, Planning/Estimation experience
Integrated Master Schedule development and tracking experience
Demonstrated relationship management, motivational, and interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen with demonstrated analytical capability
Ability to work independently with limited guidance and exercise sound judgment
Ability to think strategically and solve problems with high bias for actio n n
WE VALUE
BS/BA in engineering or business
Master’s degree
PMP certification
Experience in Aerospace
Experience with NPI and ISC including DFM, UPC, APQP
Demonstrated relationship management, motivational, and interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen with demonstrated analytical capability
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close agreements that meet program, business, and strategic objectives.
Strong presentation and written & verbal communication skills, especially with cross-cultural customer & partners and Senior executives.
