Job Title: Transfer Credit Specialist
Department: Records Office
Reports to: Registrar
FSLA: Non-Exempt
Summary: Under the
supervision of the Registrar, the Transfer Credit Specialist will serve as a front office resource for transfer articulation and
transcription. The position will maintain an up-to-date familiarity with any and all policies and procedures implemented by the Registrar,
and will work closely with the Transfer Credit Coordinator, who serves as the team lead for transfer credit evaluation. The Transfer Credit
Specialist will evaluate transfer credits and respond to questions from campus stakeholders concerning ECU’s transfer credit policies.
The position will also serve as support for other front-line operations in the Records Office. Other duties may be assigned at the
Registrar’s discretion.
