Job Description Summary
The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for a position as a Noninvasive Cardiologist at Pennsylvania Hospital.
This position will include both inpatient and outpatient Consultative Cardiology, as well as the interpretation of cardiac noninvasive studies. Candidates with special interests, such as preventive cardiology, women’s cardiovascular health or heart failure will have the opportunity to shape their practices.
Applicants must have an M.D. or D.O. degree, and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education, teaching, and clinical care. Teaching opportunities will be available with medical residents and medical students. As a member of the Associated Faculty, the candidate must participate in a minimum of 50 hours per year of active and high quality teaching or equivalent service. Applicants must also be board certified or board eligible in Cardiovascular Medicine.
