Summary of Duties:
Supervise lead and full-time journey workers in the maintenance (routine and emergency) and repair of facilities, equipment, and plant systems in residential apartments, residence halls, and dining centers. Coordinate work with other trades and crafts in the installation and/or assembly of new equipment and systems in support of new or remodel construction. Make recommendations for hiring, corrective and disciplinary action for employees. Responsible for annual performance evaluations. Operate motor vehicles as required.
Required Qualifications:
Three years full-time experience as a journey trades worker, or equivalent, including one year, full-time experience as a lead or supervisor.
Valid unrestricted driver’s license.

Monthly Salary:
$6,046 – $7,016 | Range 58G (steps G-M) | Successful candidates typically begin at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28 OR applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
