KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Regional HR Manager is responsible for coaching leaders, providing solutions, setting the HR vision, and managing all day-to-day HR activities. This role works closely and consultatively with Retail leaders to provide full cycle HR support, using both strategic and hands-on methods. The role will influence teams to translate business needs into a people-first strategy and build trust in every interaction by modeling Guitar Center’s core values.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant experience; Master’s degree preferred.
* 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
* Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations at both Federal and Local levels.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of the organization.
* Proven track record of coaching and developing leaders to achieve optimal performance and growth.
* Demonstrated ability to handle complex employee relations matters with discretion and sensitivity.
* Proficiency in analyzing HR metrics and using data to drive strategic decision-making.
* Previous experience in the retail industry preferred.
* HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
* Willingness to travel within the region as needed

Pay Rate: $110,000 – 135,000 /yr depending on background and experience.
