We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HRIS Analyst specializing in Reporting in Analytics to join our team. In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders across HR and the organization to develop, administer and maintain impactful reporting, dashboards and analytics to help drive business decisions. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of HR reporting and analytics within Bright Horizons. Prior experience creating reports and dashboards within the Workday environment is a must.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end process of designing, building, testing, and deploying HR reports and analytics solutions.
Utilize Workday Report Writer, Prism, and other available technologies to ensure optimal design and performance.
Create and maintain a range of reports and visualizations, including advanced, matrix, composite reports, metrics/KPIs, discovery boards and dashboards
Build data structures within Workday Prism to combine relevant information for reporting purposes.
Lead or participate in the implementation of analytics initiatives to achieve strategic business outcomes.
Leverage subject matter expertise in data and analytics, to assist in developing and strengthening this capability across HR functions.
Maintain governance processes and standards related to reporting to ensure data accuracy, consistency, quality, and security.
Stay abreast of Workday updates, new features, and emerging trends in HR analytics.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities and streamline processes.
Partner with HR Center of Excellences to examine internal and external employee data trends.
Provide recommendations based on data insights to drive strategic HR decisions.
Ability to summarize and present findings or challenges to all levels of the organization.

Required – Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
Required – 5 experience and knowledge in the HRIS field including a background/education in both technology and human resources.
Additional Job Responsibilities
Deep Workday Reporting expertise using calculated fields, Advanced, Matrix Composite, trended and BIRT, dashboards, discovery boards, embedded analytics, and EIBs required
Knowledge of Workday security in relation to reporting required
Experience building data pipelines with multiple datasources required
Familiarity with Workday Prism and related technologies required
Workday Certified Reporting Pro preferred and experience with Workday People Analytics strongly preferred but not required.
Experience with BI tools like Qlik and PowerBI preferred
Familiarity with statistical programming languages such as Python or R preferred
Excellent business analysis skills, including the ability to understand business requirements, user needs and translate them into operational requirement, timeline planning, and documentation, test planning, deployment approaches problem solving necessary.
Must be highly analytical with a natural curiosity about data and the ability to consume and process large amounts of information.
Advanced skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel required.
This role can be remote, in person to our beautiful Newton, Massachusetts headquarters or hybrid. The pay range is $130-140K yearly.
