What the day will look like
Assists Account Executives and/or Hybrid Account Executive/Brokers) on assigned accounts, managing key processes that serve clients and undertaking the client-facing and internal activities related to these processes. Account Specialists will also assist Brokers as necessary particularly on Commercial Risk business.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Resolve basic inquiries associated with all aspects of Aon Client Services (ACS) service delivery (e.g. output delivery, basic invoice inquiries, etc.) and refers more complex inquiries to senior team members.
- Maintains effective and productive relationships with clients.
- Performs account servicing functions including miscellaneous office duties in support of account servicing.
- When not performed within a solution line capacity, gathers and analyzes data on exposures, loss history and standard and unique coverage needs for submissions with the Brokerage Unit.
- Handles client open items lists and responds to client ad-hoc requests.
- Actively supports and monitors the renewal process. At the direction of the Broker, drafts quote comparisons and follows up for binders, policies and endorsements.
- Where applicable, serves as the primary interface with Aon Client Services (ACS), coordinating activities of the client service team and ACS to ensure that key processes assigned are performed effectively.
- Primary contact with Premium Accounting on client administration matters.
- Receives and handles routine and sophisticated coverage inquiries and endorsement requests. Serves as key client liaison for items such as certificates, auto IDs, location additions, invoices, Worker’s Compensation posting notices, allocations, premium finance agreements, summaries of insurance, and policy transmittals.
- Understands and works in alignment with the Aon Leadership Model and its pillars of Client Value, Unmatched Teams, Innovation, Results and Values.
- Ensures operational excellence, including adherence to service management requirements
- Monitors and follows-up on invoice generation, fee agreements, receivables, and collections.
- Addresses and resolves problems and performs related duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in PC office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is required.
- Evidence of ability to become proficient in the use of Aon specific software tools.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates degree preferred.
- Brokers license preferred, or to be acquired within 90 days of start date

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is [$43,000 to $70,000] annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
