Employer: Columbus McKinnon Corporation Job Title: Supervisor, HR Technology Location: 205 Crosspoint Pkwy, Getzville, NY 14068. May work remote 2-3 days per week. Work hours: Full time, 40 hours per week; M-F, 8 am to 5 pm Annual Salary: $93,000 to $96,000 Job Duties: The Supervisor, HR Technology develops and manages the organization’s global HR technology strategy and technology projects. This position will serve as the lead project manager for global enterprise-wide technology implementation of an HRIS system modules to support HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, performance management and compensation. This position is also responsible for managing the development, maintenance, delivery and storage of all required HR data, data analytics and electronic storage and sharing of HR records. This people-leader position will be tasked with building out the HR Technology team, and growing and developing talented HR professionals. Essential job duties and responsibilities include: implementation partners, coordinating and holding internal SME’s accountable to decisions and timeline, change management, and directly liaising with HR and IT departments to ensure successful configuration of system; working with internal stakeholders and global HR teams to standardize and build processes supported by the configuration of HR systems; working with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure HR systems are providing analytics-related support to a diverse and international workforce; managing data integrations into payroll and benefit systems globally including vendor interfaces; acting as a super-user and security administrator for HRIS; providing data analytics for the business and the HR team through report writing and enabling appropriate data access; providing data for all compliance and tax reporting needs; managing vendors and external partners to ensure delivery of the best quality services and strategically assessing vendor performance and achieving incremental cost savings where possible; maintaining awareness of vendor plans and the potential impact of those plans on current and future functionality; building risk-mitigation measures and metrics into defined processes; conducting ongoing testing to monitor the execution of internal processes; reporting/addressing any shortcoming identified; representing HR in all HR data governance matters related to evolving enterprise HR data management policies and practices; promoting a risk-aware culture, ensuring efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes regarding HR data globally; identifying training needs of direct reports and developing and providing the necessary training to meet those needs. Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or Human Resources with analytical focus, or related quantitative disciplines. Five years of experience in Human Resources roles. In addition, must have the following experience: 2 years in HR Technology Analyst or HRIS Analyst role; 2 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors; and 1 year of supervisor experience.
