Job Summary
This position will focus on the development and rollout of our HR (Human Resources) analytics strategy. We are looking for an individual who has demonstrated success in developing dashboards, reports, scorecards, and other tools that tell the full HR story. In addition, this person will lead the implementation of an employee engagement and listening tool to inform leadership of the employee experience.
The successful candidate will have experience in developing analytic programs using Workday and related tools to drive decision making and employee engagement.
The Senior HRIS Analyst, under general supervision, develops, implements, and maintains human resources systems (HRS) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of employee information for Human Resources department planning and activities.
The Senior Analyst supports the management and optimization of HR Systems. This includes business process design, configuration, testing, reporting, training, ongoing system development, and post implementation support of Workday. The Senior Analyst assists with transformative projects across HR to reduce complexity, innovate new capabilities and systems and improve the employee/manager experience.
The Senior Analysts routinely collaborate with key stakeholders within HR to foster productive working relationships, understand business needs, areas of improvement and implement accordingly
