The Employee Development team at Terracon is looking for an individual that is motivated and dedicated to continue to develop our leaders into inclusive leaders that drive excellence on all levels. The successful individual will: Work collaboratively with Operations and Corporate Leadership on identifying and developing leaders at the highest level of the organization. Working to develop their skills in developing others and growing the business. Plan, deliver and execute learning and development programs and content for Terracon. Collaborate with leaders on training, mentoring, coaching and develop leaders throughout the organization and monitor the effectiveness of these programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Executive Sponsors/Champions to identify training needs and gaps
Presents training options to the Executive Sponsors/Champions and the project team
Designs and delivers effective strategies
Collaborates to determine performance gaps to develop short and long-term performance goals
Collaborates with the Executive Sponsors/Champions to determine success measurements and/or adjusts strategies to achieve the desired impact
Conducts industry research, including benchmarking and best practices on OD interventions
Utilizes data to identify organizational challenges and strengths
Analyze and interpret information from various data sources using data collection tools and assessment methods. Use information to determine value-added solutions to continually enhance organizational effectiveness.
The individual must have experience in organizational development strategies and project management in an organization that has a workforce that is spread out across multiple cities. In addition, it will be this individual’s responsibility to build strong relationships with business leaders and work collaboratively.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, Organization Psychology, Human Resources Management or related discipline and a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with OD principles. Or, in lieu of a degree, 7-9 years’ related experience.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in: Franklin Covey
Master’s in Organizational Development
