ROLE TITLE: Conduct/Operations Coordinator

Summary of Position
The Conduct/Operations Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Assistant Dean of Student Life Operations and is responsible for adjudicating low-mid level nonacademic conduct as well as assisting in day-to-day Student Life Operations. This position receives, investigates, and reaches decisions on reports of alleged nonacademic misconduct filed by students, faculty, staff, and members of the community. This position serves as support in day-to-day operations within the division by organizing, streamlining, and assisting in various processes across multiple departments with the aim to deliver superior student experience to Allegheny College students. Some of these processes include aiding in development of housing selection, running and creating reports, organizing and managing salerooms, and contributing to the vibrant environment of student life. This is a fulltime live-in position and that will serve as part of the First Responder on Call rotation.

Allegheny College is a residential college that requires students to live on campus during their undergraduate experience. YOUR COMPENSATION
New hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role.
The expected minimum salary range for this position is $34,000 annually.
