The Admissions Assistant supports the Office of Admissions with clerical functions, general customer service, and special projects.
Responsibilities
¿ Place outbound calls to potential and returning students
¿ Maintain solid customer relations by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
¿ Responsible for screening calls for full-time Admissions staff
¿ Collect and receive mail
¿ Filing and data entry
¿ Assist with overflow work from full-time Admissions staff
¿ Perform specialized projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
¿ Must be enrolled at EGSC for a minimum of 6 credit hours, maintaining SAP and in good academic standing.
¿ Some Knowledge of Customer Service.
¿ Sufficient experience to understand the basic principles relevant to the major duties of the position.
