POSITION:
The HR Operations Assistant (payroll title: HR Assistant Sr.) will serve as an administrative resource for staff and provide technical support in executing compensation, classification, recruitment and related human resources functions.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
POSITION DIMENSIONS
The HR Operations Assistant must possess and maintain working knowledge of the functions and supporting policies and procedures related to Human Resources.
The HR Operations Assistant has a great deal of direct contact with employees who are in the midst of life-changing events and must maintain rapport and professionalism to serve responsively and objectively.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School graduation and four years of office experience, including two years of increasingly responsible experience in human resources that includes applying policies and procedures when performing duties. Experience with FMLA, ADA and L&I issues and complex scheduling.
