Job Description:
Budget Title: Assistant Director of Affirmative Action (MP-4, Management/Confidential)*
Salary: $75,000
The Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Binghamton University invites applicants for the position of Associate Director for Recruitment. The Associate Director, reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Diversity will participate in university policy formulation and confidential personnel matters, will assist with the strategic and administrative aspects of the search committee workflow managed by the division of diversity, equity and inclusion. The associate director will work closely with the assistant vice president to support the professional and academic search processes of the University and serve as the liaison to Hirezon-Interview Exchange vendor, the university’s applicant tracking system to develop processes for moving the search committee process online. This is a full-time, in person, Management Confidential position.
