The Alumnae Scholarship Housing (ASH) program has offered a unique, cooperative-living and low-cost housing option for undergraduate women at The Ohio State University for more than 80 years. ASH aims to connect students with a variety of resources on campus while promoting individual growth and development. ASH women engage in regular initiatives that build a tight-knit community and foster cooperative spirit. ASH women also have regular interactions with ASH alumnae. The program consists of 49 women who reside in Fechko House, Hanley House and Pomerene House.
The Stadium Scholarship Program (SSP) has provided housing scholarships for students who demonstrate both strong academic achievement and financial need for 85+ years. SSP students engage in a variety of activities, leadership development opportunities, and service projects that build a tight-knit community and foster cooperative spirit. The program consists of 96 students who reside in Scholars House East and Scholars House West.
Under direction of the Assistant Director of Academic Initiatives the Senior Academic Program Services Specialist supports the ongoing development and implementation of the Alumnae Scholarship Housing (ASH) and the Stadium Scholarship Program (SSP) through collaborative efforts with residence hall staff, student committees and their respective alumni boards; manages necessary administrative processes for implementing the curriculum, events, expectations, recruitment, and selection; serves as an active member of the Academic Initiatives team; participates in department-wide Residence Life events and activities; includes some evening and weekend activities.

Additional Information:
Pay Range $49,800-$66,400.
Required: Bachelor’s degree in student development, higher education, cultural studies or equivalent combination of education and experience; at least 4 years program planning experience; presentation and facilitation skills.
Desired: Master’s degree in student development, higher education, cultural studies or equivalent combination of education and experience; previous residence life experience; ability to partner closely with individuals across many functions.
