Job Description:

This FP&A Analyst invests in the future of Southwest’s People by supporting the budget and forecasting for Technical Operations (Tech Ops). This role partners with FP&A Partners and Leaders to communicate business performance results, align on key business drivers and implications based on financial results, and update financial plans. The FP&A Analyst is detail-oriented and a strategic thinker who is excited about the opportunity to deliver the foundation of FP&A products and services.

This role is a hybrid position based out of our Corporate Campus in Dallas, TX, which requires Employees to work at a Company facility at least three days a week.The Department designates the specific three days of the week Employees must work on-site.
U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. is required, and no current or future work authorization sponsorship available.

Pay & Benefits
Competitive market salary from $72,800 per year to $80,900 peryear* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individualcontributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at thediscretion of the company.
