This role is unique, as it is responsible for administering Managed Care and Medicare Part D and other utilization-based contract programs including accurate and timely contract setup, maintenance, and rebate payment processing for the US and Puerto Rico to comply with all contracted and payment timelines. The operational execution of assigned contracts requires a large volume of routine data transmissions and clear, open communications with the commercial based customers and/or a third-party processor acting on behalf of the customers. Importance of being able to process and resolve rebate payments/issues including the performance of robust contract validations and financial reconciliations that follow GSK policies and best practices as part of the quarterly rebate cycle as follows:
*Complete setup and maintenance of contracts including contract amendments, contract price changes, product changes (launches, discontinuations, divestitures, and acquisitions). Create and maintain appropriate supporting documentation (per record retention policies) as evidence for Level 1 and 2, Sarbanes Oxley, and OIG audit and assurance monitoring.
*Perform peer review of team member contract setups to verify accuracy, proper documentation, and presence of correct government pricing attributes and flags
*Process commercial invoices and data following established system validations, financial reconciliations, and controlled processes to produce accurate and timely rebates and rebate packages.
*Develop and maintain excellent internal and external customer and stakeholder partnerships to provide exceptional support and positive interactions. Clear, concise, and well organized written and verbal communications to resolve customer rebate payment inquiries and disputes.
*Initiate and drive process improvement opportunities to improve cost effectiveness and efficiency
*Partner with Contract Development Managers to review contracts and amendments to identify and resolve potential contract language concerns and operational system viability and impacts
*Apply expert knowledge of existing process, system functionality and capabilities to identify potential system solutions for new contract setups and drive process improvements
*Establish and maintain system policies in accordance with established departmental guidelines

* Bachelors degree in; Business Administration, Finance, Audit, Business Systems and Analytics or other related areas.
* 2+ years relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* Pharmaceutical or contracting experience.
* Ability to exercise good judgment and independently think and recognize complex and detailed issues
*Self-starter with the ability to work individually and within a team environment
*Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and communicate with multiple levels of management.
*Demonstrated customer service skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix environment
*Demonstrated planning and organizational skills with strong attention to details
*Proven data and system skills and ability to work in multiple systems with agility to understand how they are interrelated
*Ability to use prior knowledge of the system and experience with the system to accurately approach new contract setups
*Fast learner with strong problem solving and analytical skills
*Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide detailed documentation
*Ability to master complex systems quickly and skilled in use of Microsoft Office products specifically Excel
