Overview
SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the preparation and processing of the biweekly payroll. Collects, verifies, and records payroll data. Input changes, which may include employee status changes, exemptions, withholdings, and bank information. Reconciles payroll-related general ledger, taxes, prepares reports and/ or statements summarizing payroll-related accounts and interface with third-party vendors.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is a fast-paced work environment with consistent pressure to complete duties as outlined above which requires ability to manage multiple projects at a detailed level and provide support to many internal departments in a fast-changing environment. Many duties listed above are time-sensitive and have strict deadlines for completion.
