Job Summary:
This position requires a qualified courteous individual who is results-oriented and deeply passionate about growing their career in the Food Manufacturing Industry. As the HR Assistant / office coordinator you will be responsible for maintaining all personnel files, data entry, assisting employees with benefit enrollment as well as answering designated requests for information. In addition, this position will be responsible for event scheduling/coordination, corresponding through email, corresponding with government agencies and other administrative duties, as needed.
This position requires strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, great follow-up, and the ability to meet deadlines. You will be working with numbers daily, so strong math skills are a plus. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with Outlook, Excel, multi-line phone systems, filing, and the ability to support diverse projects for other associates.
