Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Total Rewards Manager – Benefits.
The Total Rewards Manager – Benefits (TRM) will play a critical role in planning, implementing, and administering our Total Rewards benefits strategy across the organization to enhance the employee experience and attract and retain talent. This position will research and bring in-depth understanding of external best practices and innovative trends to ensure competitiveness within the industry.
The TRM oversees the administration of all benefits while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, university policies and collective bargaining agreements. The TRM will oversee and provide leadership to the benefits team and ensure the services being provided align with the universities goals and are customer service focused. The TRM will determine and implement metrics that assess and monitor the effectiveness of total rewards programs and make recommendations for changes as appropriate.
