Reporting to the Assistant Director of Employee & Labor Relations, the Talent Acquisition Administrator is an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service to our Faculty, Administrators, Students and Staff and timely resolution of all Talent Acquisition related issues and requests. This is a visible role that requires the ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and diplomacy at all times, possess a high level of professionalism, and be customer service driven and flexible in attitude.
