Position Summary
Performs general administrative and clerical support to the 10KSB Alumni Director to ensure efficient operation of the alumni team objectives and supports Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program locally and nationally. The position supports functions related to alumni tracking, alumni outreach and alumni reporting to the local site team, Dallas College, Babson College, and Goldman Sachs Foundation. Skills required include customer service phone skills, Salesforce, Excel, and other software.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the alumni team and/or GS 10KSB office.
Support Director, Alumni and other teammates through a variety of tasks related to organization by providing answers to inquiries and responding to requests. Responsible for safeguarding confidential and time sensitive material.
Prepare and modify charts and documents; and assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports; open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and constituents within assigned area of responsibility.
Represent organization on committees and/or councils within assigned area of responsibility, as required.
Participate in professional development activities to enhance job knowledge and stay up to date on changing trends and technology associated with assigned area of responsibility.
Organize office and assist team members in ways that optimize daily procedures. Aids in the completion of projects and goals of the organization ensuring tasks/projects are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner; prepare special reports that may include researching, analyzing, and summarizing data.
Create and reconcile expense reports and perform research as needed.
Explain policies and procedures to stakeholders and constituents based on knowledge of guidelines provided by Dallas College, Goldman Sachs Foundation, Babson College, ICIC or other partner or funding entity.
Maintain databases and performs periodic audits of information to ensure up-to-date accuracy.
Utilize excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse internal/external stakeholders and constituents within the Dallas College community network. Provide excellent customer services to clients.
Complete required Dallas College Professional Development training hours per academic year.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
Normal physical job functions performed within a standard office environment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to individuals with physical challenges to perform the essential duties and responsibilities. Occasionally may be required to lift and carry materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent with five (5) years of experience in related field.
Familiarity with basic technology (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, e.g.) and a willingness to learn new tools (e.g., Basecamp, Canvas, Google Drive, LivePlan, Zoom, etc.)
