Job Description:
POSITION: Full-Time Associate Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations: Associate Director; Department of Institutional Advancement; Haverhill Campus; 37.5 hours/week; Non-Unit Professional Position
SUMMARY: The Associate Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations will report directly to the Director of Grants Development. This individual will participate in the college’s solicitation of philanthropic support from private and public sponsors, with a core objective of growing revenue, corporate sponsorship, public grants, and other innovative forms of development. The individual will participate in implementing a solicitation strategy that includes prospect identification, cultivation, proposal writing, and stewardship.
The Associate Director must have excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in grants development for an educational institution or a track record of philanthropic program building is preferred.
While an integral part of the Development team, this individual must be self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work with a high degree of independence. The Associate Director must be comfortable and confident in dealing with college leadership, corporate and foundation executives, and high-capacity donors.

Additional Information:
SALARY: The anticipated starting salary range is $70,000-$75,000 annually with a complete fringe benefit package including competitive health insurance, dental insurance, basic life insurance, long-term disability insurance, paid sick, vacation, and personal leave, educational benefits for employee/spouse/dependents, and excellent retirement benefits.
