Job Description:Under very limited supervision, assist with directing the operational, financial, personnel and planning functions of the Foundation requiring the use of considerable independent judgment, originality, and application of management and human relations skills.
This position directly supports the Foundation Executive Director, Development Officer and Database Manager, collaborating with the each to coordinate the management/function of the Foundation office. This includes all scheduling, meeting preparation, project assignments, donor meeting preparation, travel coordination and office management.
The incumbent interacts with a broad constituency, both internal and external, including donors, faculty, students, community leaders, and staff including the College President’s office and members of Cabinet.
Incumbent will work independently on projects and maintain strict confidentially at all times.
Incumbent will possess the ability to work in a high pressure, time sensitive environment – while projecting a calm, customer-service focused demeanor.
Position requires responding to a wide array of inquiries in a timely and sensitive manner.
Requirements include regular interaction and appointment setting with donors, Trustees and community members.
Incumbent must be comfortable communicating and using with all forms of technology including phone, email, text, AI, and graphics design programs.
