Full-Time, Non-exempt
Posiiton is hybrid in Schenectady or Rochester
This position serves under Member Operations, directly supporting the Customer Billing & Enrollment team. This role will be responsible for completing the team’s daily workload including enrollment, billing and payment related transaction processing, reconciliation, and research, for all assigned accounts.
This individual will work closely with multiple internal departments to provide excellence in servicing all MVP customers, including member direct bill and employer group accounts. Interacts directly with MVP customers to ensure correct enrollment, billing, payment allocation and collection activity.
Duties include being able to accurately process reconciliations and/or enrollment transactions daily, maintaining weekly and monthly excel spreadsheets, processing terminations, multi-tasking projects and the completion of contact service forms within the department. Must be able to collaborate as a team player or work independently.
Emphasis on discrepancy root cause determination and remediation. Required to meet departmental quality control standards and TATs. Performs other duties as assigned.

This role also directly supports our cash team by processing check deposits on regular basis in the Schenectady office.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education:
Associates degree preferred. Equivalent amount of education and related experience may be considered.
Minimum Experience:
Two years accounts receivable experience (or related field) in a service capacity dealing directly with internal and/or external customers, including two years data entry experience.
