Job Description
LEARNER SUCCESS AND DATA
COORDINATOR, MIT Open Learning, to partner and collaborate with MIT faculty, MIT course assistants, and MIT xPRO
instructional designers to oversee successful learner outcomes during MIT xPRO course runs. Will run
course reports to monitor and assess learner progress and interpret results; communicate with learners to support them in assignment
completion, overall use of the course platform, and ensure they are on track to succeed; work closely with MIT xPRO course teams to share
real-time feedback from learners and make recommendations for instructional and pedagogical improvements; analyze learner data and other
data related to the learning design to spot patterns and trends and to optimize the overall course experience; identify core learner metrics
for each program/course to track and report out on a consistent basis; create data reports for each course run that summarize core learner
metrics and cumulative data over time; create instructional content to improve existing course content; collaborate cross-functionally with
video, marketing, sales, customer support, customer success, engineering, and finance to disseminate information they need to do their jobs
effectively and provide a seamless experience to learners.; port all content into the technology platform that delivers MIT xPRO programs;
assist course teams with beta testing and quality assurance for online programs; develop and maintain documentation related to learner
success processes and data reports; and set up and coordinate course webinars.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: a bachelor’s degree
and two years of experience or a high school diploma or its equivalent and six years of administrative and/or project/program management
experience, and high-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Job #23182-6
