Berry College seeks a Director of Advancement Operations and Services to lead the management and implementation of the Advancement Office’s internal operations that provide top-quality resources and information for success in fundraising and alumni engagement. This role aligns technology, business processes, people and policies with the priorities and resources of the division. This position reports to the Vice President of Advancement and serves on the advancement leadership team to bring a technology and data informed perspective.
Utilizing Salesforce as the College’s constituent relationship management software (CRM), the Director of Advancement Operations and Services is responsible for database administration, gift processing, report and list generation, data management and integrity, data analysis, acknowledgements, and mailings. The successful candidate also serves as the primary liaison with the offices of Enrollment Management, Business, and Information Technology on cross functional activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and organization skills, a good understanding of CRM technology, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position will work collaboratively with the entire Advancement department to support institutional fundraising and engagement goals.
