GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Talent Management Systems Supervisor is primarily responsible for the oversight and administration of the core systems and processes vital to the success of our learning (LMS) and performance systems. This position works in close partnership with stakeholders across the organization to ensure credibility, rapport, and effective communication is maintained. Analyzes current processes and makes recommendations for improvements including working with multiple departments and business units on the implementation of new services, modules, and integrations that involve the talent systems.
PRINCIPAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. *Commits to the mission, vision, beliefs and consistently demonstrates our core values.
2. *Maintains configuration to support business processes in partnership with other HR systems to ensure interface reliability and integration.
3. *Leads the work with stakeholders to perform quality assurance checks on system configuration, test workflow for proper functionality, troubleshoot and resolve problems.
4. *Responsible for performance and learning management and event management systems.
5. *Takes lead role in system configuration, enhancements, upgrades, implementations, interfaces, production support, user questions and requests, assigning/building new tasks or processes, operational issues, and data discrepancies to ensure peak performance and favorable user experience.
6. *Directs the work of Education Technical Specialists to meet customer needs and use of system to full capacity.
7. *Collaborates with leaders and employees to develop system training for users, content contributors and instructors to the system.
8. Designs and maintains system procedures and support documentation based on lessons learned, continuous improvement and upgrades.
9. *Leads the process for system upgrades including, research on new functionality, recommendations for configuration changes and developing appropriate communication and training for stakeholders.
10. *Formulates and prepares strategic project plans with activities, dependencies, dates and timeframes, resource requirements, milestones and deliverables. Monitors progress of project activities, ensures all critical implementation criteria are met, and provides status reports to stakeholders.
11. Coordinates the processes and resources required to develop, implement and maintain projects and plans.
12. Identifies new technologies, methodologies, and applications to resolve issues and meet growing demands for the talent systems.
13. *Collaborates with leaders across the organization to understand priorities and recommends uses for system to achieve organizational goals.
14. *Interprets regulatory standards and requirements, which impact the department’s processes; initiates system changes to accommodate regulation revisions/additions; communicates revisions/ additions to inter-departmental and intra-departmental system users.
15. *Performs analysis to address reporting needs; develops standard and complex reports, dashboards and utilizes the reporting tools within the system.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, education or relevant field of study required. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience administering and configuring large-scale, SCORM-compliant learning management systems (LMS). Prior experience with talent systems applications preferred.
