Department:Medicine | Pathology-JM
Student Assistant provides operational support to the Division of Anatomic Pathology in the Department of Pathology; files slides, requisitions and blocks; retrieves and delivers materials and mail to various locations within the Department of Pathology; copies, faxes and scans requests; assists with data input; retrieves slides from files; distributes slides and documents to the pathologists; assists with special projects such as creating spreadsheets or documents for use within the department; assists with administrative duties and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education Requirements
Degree: HS Graduate or Equivalent or equivalent educ/exp
Experience, Training and other Qualifications Required or Desired:
Students must be enrolled in a degree-granting program at OSU; experience operating personal computer and other office equipment required; a valid Ohio Driver’s license desired. Requires successful completion of a background check. Selected candidate may be requested to complete a pre-employment physical including a drug screen.
