Position Highlights | Are you tech-minded and passionate about data analytics? If you are, The College of Medicine-Phoenix is searching for a Coordinator, Assessment & Evaluation to help us achieve our mission to optimize health and health care in Arizona and beyond.
The Office of Assessment and Evaluation supports institutional effectiveness through consultation with faculty, staff, and community partnerships. The office works on the development of instruments and experimental designs informed by standard principles of measurement, assessment, and evaluation, including classroom tests, faculty and staff evaluation formats, and academic program development and evaluation. The Year 3 & 4 unit within the Office of Assessment and Evaluation, is responsible for coordinating and supporting the development and delivery of curriculum evaluation and student assessment processes. This position will liaise with other departmental units regarding best practices and processes for student evaluation of curriculum, and assessment of student behavioral performance and progression. In this fast-paced, dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to take initiative on tasks or projects assigned up to completion or the deadline. You can expect a monthly team meeting to check-in on current initiatives, work load, and connecting as a department. You will also have frequent touch base calls with leaders to support your roles’ development and provide feedback to improve processes. This position does offer a hybrid work schedule, with an opportunity to work remotely throughout the work week. Preferred Qualifications | * Previous experience in a student services or academic services environment, or in a clinical setting or medical office. * At least 1 year of experience working in higher education in the field of medicine or health sciences. * Prior experience working in a team-based environment. * Experience with software applications, such as One45, or the ability to learn. |
