Job Summary
The Department of Internal Medicine (IM) is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This position oversees comprehensive Human Resources Administration functions in IM, which includes Staff Recruitment, Onboarding and Separation processes; Systems Access; Employee Relations; departmental oversight of Payroll/Timekeeping and Leave Administration for faculty and staff. Additionally, this position oversees Compliance; facilitates Performance Management process for Classified Staff; Chairs the Employee Engagement Committee; serves as department liaison with various contacts in Office of Human Resources on campus; drafts and disseminates HR-related correspondence, along with other duties as assigned. For success in this role, highly qualified candidates will be strongly detail-oriented and extremely organized, demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as possess the ability to think critically with a proactive approach toward problem solving, and operate with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This position reports to the Internal Medicine Administrative Manager.
