This is a Princeton, New Jersey Home Office based position. This position follows all NNI guidance for remote/in office dedicated time. EST time-zone hours.
The Position
Provide dedicated support to the Employee Experience (EE) team. Ensure implementation and execution of Employee Experience strategies in alignment with Novo Nordisk vision, goals and objectives to achieve superior business results. Assist the Director, Operations, Employee Experience with essential department processes and programs.
Relationships
The Associate Manager reports to the Director, Operations, Employee Experience and interacts with all Employee Experience teams, key business stakeholders throughout Novo Nordisk Inc. (NNI) as well as key vendor partners and consultants to Employee Experience. Develops high value relationships with all departments across NNI and Global P&O. External relationships include interaction with vendors, as needed for training needs.
