Key job responsibilities
Asset Planning and Strategy:
Develop and implement asset management strategies and plans aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and assess risks.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define asset-related targets and performance indicators.
Asset Acquisition and Disposition:
Identify and evaluate potential asset acquisitions or investments based on financial analysis and market research.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during asset transactions.
Portfolio Management:
Monitor the performance of the organization’s asset portfolio and make recommendations for adjustments or improvements.
Conduct regular evaluations and risk assessments of assets to determine their financial viability.
Optimize asset allocation and diversification strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk.
Track asset condition, performance, and depreciation, and recommend replacement or refurbishment when necessary.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare accurate and timely reports on asset performance, valuation, and financial metrics.
Analyze asset-related data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
Compliance, Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to asset management.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with asset management activities.
Implement risk management strategies to protect the organization’s assets and investments.
A day in the life
* Identify issues, improvement opportunities, and risks for escalation
* Identify key data requirements and information throughout the organization
* Coordinates with other stakeholders to resolve complex licensing queries and issues
* Improve overall organizational capability through systems, processes, and talent development.
* Work closely with a team of ITS Program/Product Managers to drive the collection and implementation of technology requirements, ensure alignment with corporate objectives and contractual obligations.

– 6+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
– 4+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
