LOCATION: Green Bay
STANDARD HOURS: 40 hours per week; Typical hours Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with flexibility for evening & weekend coverage to support recruitment & enrollment events. Hours may change during peak times of year based on the Welcome Center hours of operation.
SALARY RANGE: $58,916 – $65,463 per year
*Salaries/Wages for all finalists (internal and external) will be based upon education, experiences, current wages, and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY
This position responds to, plans, and carries out all student service activities for degree seeking prospective students, providing comprehensive services by serving as the main point of contact from recruitment to enrollment. Individualized support will be provided until student’s transition to enrollment. Assess the student’s stage of development and promotes student growth by determining suitable developmental tasks; assists student in establishing realistic and attainable academic and career goals. Assist with all new student recruitment. Promote technical, post-secondary education among businesses and the community.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field.
Experience: Two years related work experience.

Computer Skills
Microsoft Office Suite, document imaging software, and database management system used in college admissions, recruiting, and enrollment services, CRM experience preferred
