Job Summary:
Are you interested in working with graduate students, staff and faculty to help coordinate program activities? Are you organized and energetic? Our Graduate Program in Genetic Counseling at Northwestern University, based in Chicago on the Feinberg School of Medicine campus, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to assist in educational activities and provide administrative support for our students, staff, and faculty. This job is an excellent fit for a detail-oriented person who is interested in working with a leading graduate genetic counseling program. The ideal candidate will be able to assist with daily operations, support program projects & events, communicate effectively orally and in writing, and coordinate collection and analysis of evaluation data. The Program Assistant 3 coordinates administrative processes and prioritizes, directs, and responds to business matters involving administrative functions associated with education, research, and/or operations. Creates and maintains associated documents, spreadsheets, databases, meetings, special events, etc. and alerts supervisor of critical issues and upcoming events.
Please note: Some evening hours necessary during fall quarter admissions. Weekend hours required during spring quarter annual graduation weekend.
