Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Human Resources.
Experience Required:
Typically requires 5 years of experience in recruitment related activities.
Experience in Workday preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Demonstrated leadership abilities to include project/staff coordination, event coordination and motivating staff toward common goals.
Ability to motivate, instruct, guide, and assign project teams.
Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and human resources information systems department activities.
Knowledgeable of employment practices and law, confidentiality, and State and Federal compliance requirements for health care employment.
Demonstrated skills and experience in providing training either in-person or online to small or large groups with users of varying computer knowledge/experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, which is necessary to collaborate and address difficult and controversial issues.
Skills and ability to analyze, logically think, ensure accuracy and be detail oriented.
Demonstrated ability to work and function in a complex corporate environment.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Exposed to normal office environment.
Position requires occasional travel; therefore, may be exposed to road and weather hazards.
Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
