Joining the firm as part of our Accounting and Finance team, you’ll become an important member of our Corporate Services department which is the backbone of our organization as we help Gresham Smith function at the highest level in the industry. As a multimarket firm, we touch many areas of life: from designing highways and bridges that connect people, to clean water systems, to hospitals and corporate campuses of the future. Our future team member should be able to:
Perform various accounting and financial reporting duties for the Architecture/Engineering industry in support of the firm’s strategic goals.
Provide support with management reporting at month end close and provide accounting support to internal/external clients as needed. May assist with special projects in the accounting department.
Ability to demonstrate strong organizational, project, and time management and multi-tasking skills in order to meet scheduled deadlines. Ability to be proactive in determining the necessary steps to meet objectives and performance expectations of position.
Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy while working to efficiently manage a large amount of information that is sensitive and confidential.
