Salary Information:
$984 per Equivalent Credit Hour (ECH) for credit courses.
$63.96 per hour for non-credit classes.
Job Summary:
Temporary, part-time, water/waste water technology instructor for Spring semester 2023.
Essential Functions:
Teaches assigned courses in accordance with course competencies and syllabi. Develops and/or utilizes a variety of instructional strategies, techniques and delivery methods designed to meet the individual learning styles of students. Fosters a safe and civil learning environment. Informs students about course requirements, evaluation procedures, and attendance policies. Monitors, evaluates, and documents student attendance, progress and competency attainment.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent and appropriate certification (refer to certification chart from WAT program). WAT 101, 125: A bachelor’s degree or higher in biology or other related science field may substitute for the education listed above. WAT 113: High school diploma or equivalent and 4 years non-teaching related work experience. Please attach certifications in the transcript section on the documents page.
