Job Summary and Qualifications
Oversees and manages the ITG Accounting and Financial Systems including month end financial close process, annual reimbursement and tax compliance reporting, general ledger system, fixed asset management, inventory management, ITG Purchasing and lease accounting. This position has twelve direct reports including one manager and eleven analysts. This position collaborates with the ITG F&A leadership team and financial analysts to ensure compliance with Corporate Accounting, Corporate Tax, and Internal Audit. This position serves as the budget system product owner and General Ledger, Fixed Asset, Invoice Processing, and Billing System SME for ITG. This position maintains liaison relationships with Corporate Accounting, Corporate Accounts Payable, Enterprise Accounting Services, Corporate Reimbursement, and Internal and External Audit. This position coordinates the Cash Disbursement Authority process, invoice processing and PO workflows. The position maintains the ITG accounting calendar and oversees the intercompany process for ITG. This position serves as the lead trainer on accounting systems for ITG F&A.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the ITG accounting month end financial close process
Administers the ITG Cash Disbursement Authority (CDA) process by facilitating completion of CDA forms, maintaining the CDA listing, and communicating with Resource Management, Payroll, and Corporate Accounting
Responsible for the following ITG Financial systems and tools and serves as a system trainer for ITG F&A colleagues:
Manages the ITG fixed assets for eighteen ledgers (five for Corporate ITG and thirteen Field Operations IT Service Centers), including:
Oversees the ITG inventory process for approximately $40-70M annual orders:
Oversees the ITG Purchasing/Receiving function and includes 1 manager and 6 purchasing analysts. This includes overseeing the service central intake system for all quotes and orders needing a Lawson purchase requisition; ~10K purchase orders/year. This position collaborates closely with the Lawson Enterprise Accounting Systems, Corporate Accounting, IT Procurement, and IT Financial leaders.
Oversees the non-purchase order invoice processing, which includes assisting with vendor needs and invoice questions and managing the SharePoint Invoice Processing Tool (IPT)
Ensures all ITG leases, which includes 10-15 iMobile Apple phone leases are accounted for according to GAAP in KLT, the leasing system
Coordinates the year end compliance work, which includes workpaper completion, review, and submission of federal tax, state tax, property tax, and Medicare reimbursement workpapers for the ITG ledgers.
Maintains liaison relationships with Corporate Accounting, Corporate Accounts Payable, Enterprise Accounting Services, Corporate Reimbursement, and Internal and External Audit.
Prepares various financial analysis information for management after each month end close.
Proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and communication skills
Teamwork, attention to detail, and customer service orientation- Required
Flexibility in working in different systems and being able to move from one task to another
What qualifications you will need:
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree – Required
EXPERIENCE
7 or more years of relevant experience – Required
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
CERTIFICATIONS
