The Director of Payroll Tax Compliance will be responsible for the overall management and processing of all wage and tax reporting tasks, systems and processes to ensure timely and accurate compliance with regulatory agencies across the Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) network. Partners with the Payroll Senior Leadership to identify gaps in controls and implements processes and audits to minimize risk of non-fraudulent activity and non-compliance of tax configuration. Implements audits and reviews to ensure all reversals, repayments and tax balance adjustments are done accurately, in the appropriate quarters and in accordance with regulatory compliance. Oversees all internal and external audits, and implements reconciliation of all accounting transactions related to wage and tax reporting.
