The Human Resources Manager will manage the operations of the HR Department to include administration of the 401(k) plan, health and welfare benefits, leave programs, workers’ compensation insurance, employment, and employee relations. In addition, this position will partner with the Safety Department to contribute to the overall success of CPI by planning, directing, and coordinating HR management activities to support safety and other business support functions maximizing strategic use of the human resources.
