Our North America Operating Unit (NAOU) Marketing Teams are responsible for marketing and growing a portfolio of brands – ensuring that each brand connects deeply with local consumers in ways that scale globally. Focus, Scope, & Impact: + Responsible for linking together multicultural community in NA OU Functions such as Office of D&I, Public Affairs, our Bottler and National Customers + Co-Chair the Coca-Cola Multicultural Bottler Advisory Council + Scrutinizes Marketing Function diversity supplier commitments including spend and representation. + Analyze multicultural insights, trends and opportunity areas to infuse across the business + Identify best in class multicultural industry leading partnerships and nurture relationships with external partners KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS Experience + 15 years of senior leadership experience including Marketing, Project Management, Team Leadership (internal & external) + Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams + Knowledge (and good relations) with the bottling community + Strong leadership, communicator and influencing skills + A champion of diversity and inclusion and a broad understanding of the power and contributions of MC consumers to the biz. + Demonstrated leadership & strategy development/management, including cross-functional; ability to work effectively in an agile, networked environment Work Focus + Ability to orchestrate multiple stakeholders in a seamless fashion across platforms, systems, processes, routines etc. + Ability to analyze complex issues and bring together multiple concepts across functions to define the strategic direction for the business. + Ability to mobilize and champion change management across the OU. + Ability to develop, curate and deliver integrated strategy & communication, cognizant of key stakeholders. Communication Focus + The role communicates internally across OU Marketing (including Key Bottlers and Customers), the global Marketing community, and OU HR and PAC. + The role is also responsible for influencing and sharing information and practices across the global Marketing community.
