The Senior Business Developer will work with the Oracle Health team focused on business valuation services for health care clients. This team member will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Finance and Product to assess solutions, business models and value impact. Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: + Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgement + Partners with Account, Technology, and Application sales representatives to qualify and close new business opportunities for Oracle solutions + Interacts with sales team to architect the solution, and develop and execute solution strategies + Manages solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and necessary resources for all qualified opportunities + Develops financial models to assess financial impact of solutions to Oracle Health, as well as value drivers for Oracle Health clients + Works with key functional and business stakeholders to determine business and financial criteria for models and business cases + Builds business cases, including metrics such as Oracle / client ROI, NPV and payback assessments, to evaluate opportunities + Collaborates with business, sales and strategy teams to assess financial and operational impact of new market entry opportunities and revenue models + Creates evaluation criteria, in partnership with sales, operations and finance teams, for opportunity assessment + Builds and maintains a network and up to date specific industry or product knowledge + Maintain knowledge of Oracle / Oracle Health competitor solutions + Presents/demonstrates solution to high level clients and industry conference attendees Minimum Qualifications + Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills + Understanding of Oracle and Oracle Health solutions + 5+ years health care industry experience + Client presentation and product demonstration experience, and experiencing presenting complex information in a succinct and organized manner + Prior experience working with Sales organizations preferred + Ability to travel as needed Disclaimer: Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.
