This position will report to the Global Director, Human Resources – Legal and PACS The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will provide HR consultation and project support to two Central Functions: Legal and Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability. The HRBP is responsible for leading, implementing and delivering HR initiatives in support of the function. This role works collaboratively as part of a networked HR team to prioritize strategic people priorities and solutions that accelerate the achievement of business plans in alignment with the company’s objectives through talent management, diversity and inclusion, culture and engagement, rewards and recognition and organizational effectiveness. What You’ll Do for Us + Act as a change agent to further enhance our growth culture, a culture that is externally focused, empowered, fast/agile, “smart” risk taking and accountable. + Work collaboratively with leaders to understand their unique needs, ensuring the development and implementation of HR solutions. + Provide data and insights for guidance on HR or broader business issues. + Collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR COE, and PMO leads to define and develop projects and see them through to successful completion. + Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, promoting a transparent and positive workplace culture. + Execute integrated people strategies based on a holistic understanding of our diverse workforce; enabling the attraction, development, and retention of top talent. + Understand the overall organizational structure and make recommendations as business needs continue to evolve. + Support organizational change management efforts. + Support deployment of global HR initiatives and programs. + Foster an inclusive and diverse work environment, supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives. + Responsible for partnering with the HR Business Partner network and COEs in the areas of Talent and Development, Employee Relations, Compensation, Diversity, and Employee Engagement. + Build and maintain professional external network to stay abreast of trend changes in all aspects of HR. Ability to translate external business trends into internal organization actions. Ability to understand the general business conditions (e.g., social, technological, economic, political, environmental, and demographic trends) that affect our industry. Qualifications & Requirements + Bachelor’s Degree is required. + 5+ years of HR work experience, preferably as a HR generalist + Knowledge in a broad range of HR functional areas + Project Management + Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal and listening) + Ability to collaborate with employees at all levels. + Change Agent + Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business demands.
