Job Summary
Columbus State University is seeking a Program Coordinator for its Center for Health Disparities and Community Based Research. The Program Coordinator will support the Center Director and is responsible for establishing and maintaining the effective operation, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities inlcude but are not limited to:
Maintain office services and efficiency
Assist in program planning and implementation
Assist with supervision of student volunteers
Assist with Health Science Program
Required Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree in Public Health or other related field; experience initiating, planning, implementing, and evaluating episodic and ongoing
programmatic efforts and events; and experience working collaboratively with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders in a wide variety of center initiatives. The successful candidate must also have the ability to maintain complex administrative records and prepare appropriate reports; the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and communicate with administrators, co-workers, students, and partner organizations; considerable knowledge of the principles of office management, office procedures, and systems; and proficiency in the use of common software applications, databases, spreadsheets, and word processing. Excellent organization skills, verbal and written communications skills, and human relation skills are also required.
Proposed Salary
The annualized salary range for this position is $43,842 – $48,198.
