As a Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator (Evening Shift), you will contribute to our mission by providing world-class customer service as you contact customers to schedule pre-installation, installation, and service appointments. You will report directly to the Scheduling Manager & Scheduling Team Lead while working closely with the entire Inside Operations team.
