The HR Data Analytics team is a collaborative and diverse group of individuals who partner with Koch’s global community of Human Resources professionals to transform business processes and decisions with data. We create value for Koch by championing the user experience and driving alignment between business priorities and product design.
As a Customer Success Advisor, HR Technology , you will partner closely with business leaders to understand their priorities and strategies. You will guide the development of actionable products in collaboration with technical teams. You will lead projects with organization-wide impact and help design effective change management strategies to drive product awareness and adoption. Through proactive communication, you will consult HR professionals and business leaders on best practices for working with data and how to apply our solutions to everyday questions.
A passion for learning, motivation to contribute and become all that you can be, interpersonal skills, effective communication, analytical skills, and ability to collaborate with others in a diverse culture will be key to your success in this role.
This position can be located in Atlanta, GA or Wichita, KS and requires 3 days of the week in the office.
