Based in Morgan Hill since 2005, we are one of the largest employers in the area. We provide unique business services in more than twelve languages worldwide to multinational Fortune 500 clients nearly 24 hours per day.
As we expand our client base, we are seeking an Account Manager to work with our Business Development team on major National and International Accounts. This position owns the client relationship, is the primary post-sale point of contact for our clients, and serves as the liaison between all functional areas of the Company and our Clients; this is not a Sales position. The Account Manager reports directly to the Director of Account Management and is responsible for ensuring post-sale Client satisfaction. Candidates must have significant B2B experience managing strategic client relationships while successfully achieving company performance objectives and goals.
Responsibilities:
· Manage post-sale contact relationships across multiple levels; develop and maintain long term client relationships
· Manage work product flow and client receivables
· Subject matter expert on clients: contacts, contract scope and parameters, results, IT security, and expectations
· Primary day to day liaison between client and internal teams
· Ensure internal teams have the tools necessary to provide quality client services
· Onboard new clients
· Coordinate with internal teams to develop client reporting
· Prepare and deliver advanced virtual and in person presentations
· Manage all aspects of client in-person meetings
· Maintain client details in CRM
· Meet with internal stakeholders to provide client updates and evaluate client strategies
Required Skills and Experience:

· Experience with the use and protocols of virtual communication platforms

· Domestic business travel experience
· Demonstrated business acumen: understanding financial impact of decisions, risks and opportunities.
· Capability to distinguish the important from the unimportant
· Advanced level presentation skills
· Strong analytical skills
Preferred Skills and Experience
· Experience with CRM software
· Working knowledge of SAP and Oracle
· International business travel experience
Work Experience
· Minimum of two years in account management or client success management
Education
· Bachelor’s degree; equivalent work experience may be considered
