This position is responsible for the monitoring of all tasks necessary to accomplish the organization’s payroll processing. This role administers employee health and welfare plans and acts as the daily liaison between employees and insurance providers. This position makes certain plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and that plan provisions are followed. This position is the liaison between staffing agencies and aids in the recruitment of non-manager or non-supervisory staffing needs. This role requires an extremely detail orientated person with significant knowledge of payroll and benefits administration, including state and federal regulations.
