This role will find you handling company’s financial records, entering data, typing and generating work orders, handling ordering material and supplies for jobs and recording financial transactions such as outgoing and incoming checks. As an office manager, you will be also handling accounts payable and accounts receivable, ability to reconcile bank statements; updating the trial balance; managing the profit-loss statement and balance sheets; managing payroll; and receiving requests for materials and equipment for the company. The office manager position will also prepare purchase orders; review invoice listed prices; make necessary pricing adjustments; and compile reports to show information and statistics. This summarizes in detail some of the daily tasks that you may be asked to complete.
